We could not get a rental car for nearly 2 weeks! Again, told us, “Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do, we don't have any car rentals". Within that waiting period we requested for a rental car. By far one of the most ridiculous things to tell a customer. They eventually told us it was a "transfer case issue that could have also caused a transmission issue." They told us it was "possibly your fault by the way you drive".

They said "ok, bring it in" but we couldn't get a diagnosis of the car for about a week. We told them it was an urgent matter because our car sounded like it was going to "blow-up". They told us we couldn't been seen "until a week or two" because there are other cars with similar problems.

We heard a forceful churning noise from underneath the car and we called KIA to see if they can take us in. And we were told that the car was in great condition at the time of buying it.Ībout a few months later we started having car issues. We bought a 2016 KIA Sorento in June 2020.
